摘要
从系统分类、栽培料与病虫害防治、生物活性物质与营养、安全等多角度综述了茶树菇的研究进展,为今后茶树菇的科学研究及产业发展提供参考价值。对我国茶树菇之前的研究进行总结,分析了茶树菇目前的研究现状,并对茶树菇今后的研究重点进行探讨。通过总结分析,认为今后茶树菇研究的重点是培育高品质茶树菇品种,研发高产高品质栽培料新配方。研究结果不仅可以推进茶树菇产业的发展,还能为其后续的研究提供相关的理论依据。
Cyclocybe cylindracea complex is one of the high-quality edible fungi cultivated artificially in China.In this paper,the research progress of C.cylindracea complex was reviewed from the aspects of systematic classification,cultivation materials,pest control,biological activities,nutrition,safety,etc.This review provided a relevant theoretical basis for the research and development of C.cylindracea complex in the future.According to the summary and analysis of the research on various aspects of C.cylindracea complex,the following aspects should be emphasized in the future research on C.cylindracea complex:1)To breed high-quality C.cylindracea complex cultivar;2)To develop new formulas for its high-yield and high-quality cultivation.
