黄河下游河道与滩区治理示范工程板桩组合技术研究 被引量:22

Research on the Sheet⁃Pile Combination Technology of Channel⁃Beach Management Demonstration Project in the Lower Yellow River

摘要 在阐释国家重点研发计划重点专项“黄河下游河道与滩区治理研究”各课题内容及其逻辑关系的基础上,明确了示范工程的重要地位;经比选论证,将示范工程确定在辛店集拟下延尾坝以下100 m处,以防河势下滑和漫滩洪水冲击大村台,且能通过稳定周营工程靠溜部位而遏制老君堂下首河势下挫。研发出通过空间调整构件组合实现不同功能的治河与抢险新型结构--板桩组合技术。如沉桩运用钢筋混凝土水力插板技术,丁板桩比顺板多插2.5 m,加深基础的同时可减小工程对上部水流的影响,促使底流泥沙在近岸落淤,采用该技术修建的黄河三角洲北部海堤经受住了风暴潮考验。当前防腐与打桩技术日渐成熟,为实现精准设计,将工程材料改为钢材,以宽翼缘H型钢与钢管为主预制组合成异形板桩单元构件,每隔7.5 m增设1道上挑淹没式防冲装置,实现了研发技术的自主创新,从而优化成“异形板桩组合坝+上挑变流促淤装置”结构形式。介绍了构件加工与施工中的技术细节。 This paper explained the logical relationships among subjects of the key project of National Key R&D Program of China that“Re⁃search on Managements of Channels and Beach Areas in the Lower Yellow River”and clarified the importance of the demonstration project.Following arguments,the demonstration project site was determined to be about 100 m below the proposed extended last spur dike of Xindian⁃ji Control Project in Dongming floodplain area.It could effectively prevent downslide of river regimes and avoid flood threat to the village plat⁃form under construction.Besides,it also could curb the downward trend of the river regime in the lower head of the Laojuntang Project by sta⁃bilizing the sites that flow touching the management structures.Furthermore,a new structure for river management and emergency rescue,namely the sheet pile combination technology was developed,which could realize different functions by adjustments of components spatially.By adopting the reinforced concrete panel hydraulic insertion technology in sinking piles,when the pile top was 3 m lower than the corre⁃sponding sheet,this design could deepen foundation,reduce effects on upper flow movement and promote sediment deposition between two piles.Also,the seawall built in the northern part of the Yellow River delta had withstood the test of storm surges.With the rapid developments of rust prevention and piling technology,reinforced concrete could be changed into steel structure in order to achieve the goal of accurate design.That is,prefabricating⁃assembling the H⁃beam with wide flange and steel pipe into the“profiled sheet pile”element and adding overhanging⁃submerged anti⁃impact device on the facing water surface every 7.5 m,which more reflects the independent innovation of research and develop⁃ment technology.Thus,the demonstration project was optimized into the structural form of“steel sheet pile combined dam with overhanging flow changing and sediment silting device”.Finally,the technical details of component processing and construction were introduced.
