摘要
航空类高职院校的校园文化具有鲜明的航空特色和个性化的职教特色,也存在文化内涵不深厚、特色文化不凸显、传承与创新不足、文化影响力不强等问题。以长沙航空职业技术学院为例,从厚植精神文化内涵、彰显航空文化特色、强化文化传承创新、优化校企文化融合、铸造特色文化品牌等方面探讨航空类高职院校校园文化建设的路径,以期不断提升校园文化建设质量和文化育人成效。
The campus culture of aviation higher vocational colleges has distinctive characteristics of aviation and personalized vocational education.There are some problems,such as not deep cultural connotation,not prominent characteristic culture,insufficient inheritance and innovation,and not strong cultural influence so on.Taking Changsha Aviation Vocational College as an example,this paper discusses the path of campus culture construction in aviation vocational colleges from the aspects of strengthening spiritual and cultural connotation,highlighting aviation cultural characteristics,strengthening cultural inheritance and innovation,optimizing the integration of school and enterprise culture,and casting characteristic cultural brand,so as to continuously improve the quality of campus culture construction and the effectiveness of cultural education.
