摘要
高职教育和开放教育是我国终身教育体系的核心构成,两类教育形式有明显区别也有内在联系。实现两者融通衔接、良性发展,必须解决四个层面的问题:一要转变教育理念,正确认知两类教育融通衔接的本质,坚持以学生为主体;二要争取政府宏观层面的政策支持,保证人才培养模式改革方向正确性;三要创新学习制度,提供新型制度保障;四要充分发挥两者优势,弥补各自短板。
Higher vocational education and distance open education serve as important educational forms in the national lifelong education system,with distinctions yet inherent consistence.To ahieve the real integration of the two types of education,the study proposes to address four issues as follows:1)Improve the knowledge of the two education types and changing people’s educational idea,being student-oriented.2)Seeking macro policy support to ensure the right reform direction of talent training mode.3)Innovating learning system and providing institutional support.4)Giving full play to and take advantage of both education forms to complement the shortcoming of either education form.
