基于新型涂层结构的高彩度红色金属汽车涂料的开发 被引量:3

摘要 开发了一款高彩度的红色汽车涂料产品,为达到颜色效果,采用杯加枪的喷涂方式,并应用一种特殊涂层结构将其呈现出来,即BC1(金属漆)+BC2(透明红色漆)+CC(透明清漆)的涂层结构。同时探讨了在该涂层结构下,BC1、BC2膜厚的变化对5个角度(15°、25°、45°、75°、110°)色差数据的影响。结果表明:当BC2膜厚固定,随着BC1膜厚的升高,在5~18μm膜厚范围内,5个角度的ΔL*、Δa*及Δb*先小幅增大,膜厚达到18μm以上后数据趋于稳定;当BC1膜厚固定,随着BC2膜厚在7~20μm范围内逐渐升高,15°、25°的ΔL*、Δa*和Δb*变化明显,数值逐渐降低,而45°、75°、110°的数据相对比较稳定。 A high chroma red automotive paint product was developed.In order to achieve the desired color effect,a bell+gun spraying approach and a special coatings layer system was used and applied,i.e.BC1(metallic basecoat)+BC2(transparent red basecoat)+CC(clearcoat)coatings layer structure,and a very good result was achieved to match the master panel and the color standard.At the same time,the influence of film thickness of BC1 and BC2 on the DE data at 5 different view angles(15°,25°,45°,75°,110°) under the new coatings layer structure was discussed.It was found that,when the BC2 film thickness was fixed,the ΔL~*、Δa~*and Δb~* at 5 angles increased slightly with the increase of BC1 film thickness from 5~18 μm,and then stabilized after 18 μm.When the BC1 film thickness was fixed,with the BC2 film thickness changing from 7~20 μm,the decrease of ΔL~*,Δa~* and Δb~* at 15° and 25° was obvious,while ΔL~*、Δa~* and Δb~* at 45°,75°,110° view angles showed stable data.
