摘要
介绍了关于水性木器双组分透明开放清漆的研发背景和具有优异的入孔性能的水性双组分木器涂料配方设计思路,重点探讨了水性羟丙乳液的选择、固化剂的搭配、润湿剂及流变助剂的选择对其开放效果及其他物理化学性能的影响,确定了最优实验参数,开发出了具有优异开放效果的水性双组分透明清漆。
This paper introduces the research and development background of waterborne two-component transparent open wood varnish and the thought on designing waterborne two-component wood coatings with excellent pore-filling property,mainly discusses the influence of the selection of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion,the matching of curing agent and the selection of wetting agent and rheological additive on the opening effect and other physical and chemical properties,and determines the optimal experimental parameters to develop waterborne two-component transparent varnish with excellent opening effect.
