摘要
基于贸易附加值技术水平和技术结构视角,比较分析了中国和全球价值链上下环流主要国家或地区的制造业和服务业竞争力。研究结果表明:中国制造业技术水平在两个环流中均比较低,且与其他国家或地区的制造业技术水平存在较大差距;与上环流国家相比,中国在中低技术行业上占有优势;与下环流经济体相比,中国在中技术行业上占有优势;中国服务业技术水平在两个环流中较低,但与其他国家的差距不大;在高技术行业上,中国与两个环流国家或地区相比均占据绝对优势。根据研究结论,提出了中国产业对外竞争合作策略。
From the perspective of trade value-added technical level and technical structure,this paper compares and analyzes the competitiveness of manufacturing and service industries between China and major countries or regions in the upper and lower circulations of global value chain.The results show that the technical level of China’s manufacturing industry is relatively low in the two circulations,and there is a large gap between China and other countries or regions in terms of the manufacturing technology level,that compared with the upper circulation countries,China has an advantage in the middle and low technology industries,that compared with the lower circulation economies,China has an advantage in the middle-tech industry;the technical level of China’s service industry is lower in the two circulations,but there is little gap between China and other countries and that in the high-tech industry,China has an absolute advantage over the two circulation countries or regions.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the foreign competition and cooperation strategy of Chinese industry.
