摘要
卫生技术评估(HTA)是对卫生技术特性、作用及影响的系统评估,主要目的是为医疗领域中与技术有关的决策提供信息,促进具有成本效益的新技术的应用,并避免不能保障安全性和效益的技术应用于临床。综述国内外HTA研究进展及其在医用耗材管理中的应用及作用,为进一步推动HTA在我国医用耗材领域的规范化发展提供借鉴。
Health technology assessment(HTA) refers to the systematic assessment of the characteristics, effects and impacts of health technologies. Its main purpose is to provide information on decision-making that relates with technique in the medical field, and promote the application of new technologies with cost-effectiveness, and avoid the application of technologies whose clinical safety and benefits are uncertain. This paper reviews the research progress of HTA at home and abroad and its application and effect in the management of medical consumables so as to provide a reference for further promoting the standardized development of HTA in the field of medical consumables in China.
