摘要
构建人类命运共同体思想为世界发展和人类未来指明了前进方向。构建中国与周边命运共同体是构建人类命运共同体的重要组成部分,中国边疆地区则在其中发挥着独特的作用。当前,世界处于百年未有之大变局,中国周边地区出现新变化、新挑战,中国与周边国家迫切需要加强合作、加快构建命运共同体的步伐,而中国边疆地区则需要创新治理、加快发展,以夯实其安全、经济、民意基础。
The idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind orients the development of the world and the future of mankind.The formation of a community with a shared future between China and its neighboring countries is an important part of the community with a shared future for mankind,in which China’s borderland areas play a unique role.At present,the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.New changes and challenges are emerging in China’s neighborhood.There is an urgent need for countries to strengthen cooperation and speed up the building of a community of shared future between China and its neighbors.China’s border areas need to innovate governance and accelerate development to consolidate their security,economic and public opinion base.
