摘要
目的分析某院近五年肿瘤内科住院患者疾病相关信息,为该院肿瘤内科规划建设和国家恶性肿瘤防治提供参考。方法以某医院住院病案首页数据为基础,采用回顾性研究方法,从病案信息系统中导出安徽省某三甲医院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日肿瘤内科6101例住院患者病案资料,采用Excel2017建立数据库,SPSS20.0统计分析,主要方法包括统计描述、方差分析、Pearson相关等。结果男性患者3707例,以胃癌(895例)、肺癌(878例)、结直肠癌(621例)占主导,女性患者2394例,以乳腺癌(551例)、结直肠癌(401例)、胃癌(344例)占主导。患者年龄集中于61岁-70岁,农民和无业人员累计占68.90%,1个及以上其他诊断者1154例,平均住院费用9391.12元,其与住院天数、操作个数具有相关性(r=0.586,P<0.001;r=0.125,P<0.001)。结论国家应重点筛查胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌发病率,密切关注61岁-70岁男性年龄组,减少住院天数,可降低住院费用。
Objectives To explore the disease-related information of inpatients in oncology department in the past five years, so as to provide reference for the planning and construction of oncology department in the hospital and the prevention and treatment of national cancer. Methods Based on the data of the front page of medical records of a hospital, a retrospective study was used to derive the medical records of 6101 inpatients from the medical record information system of a third class a hospital in Anhui Province from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019. The database was established by Excel 2017 and spss20.0 statistical analysis was carried out. The main methods included statistical description, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation, etc. Results Among 3707 male patients, gastric cancer(895 cases) and lung cancer(878 cases) and colorectal cancer(621 cases) accounted for the majority. Among 2394 female patients, breast cancer(551 cases) and colorectal cancer(401 cases) and gastric cancer(344 cases) accounted for the majority. The patients were aged from 61 to 70 years old. Farmers and unemployed accounted for 68.90% of the total. 1154 patients had one or more other diagnoses. And they had an average hospitalization cost of 9391.12 yuan, which was correlated with the number of days in hospital and operations(r = 0.586, P<0.001;r = 0.125, P<0.001).Conclusion The state should focus on screening the incidence rate of gastric cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer and pay close attention to the age group of 61~70 years old men. Of course, it ought to reduce the length of stay and the economic burden and advocate healthy lifestyle in order to prolong the life expectancy of patients.
