血浆D-D、Fg、CK-MB、CRP、Lp(a)水平在冠心病诊断中的应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]水平在冠心病诊断中的应用。方法选择2017年1月至2019年6月于厦门大学附属中山医院治疗的318例冠心病患者作为观察组,均经冠状动脉造影检查确诊,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)组为110例、不稳定心绞痛(UAP)组为106例、稳定心绞痛(SAP)组为102例;同时选取同期到该院体检的健康者100例作为对照组。采集入选者空腹静脉血,应用血凝分析仪、全自动生化分析仪测定血浆D-D、Fg及CK-MB、CRP、Lp(a)水平。观察上述4组血浆5项指标水平,并计算其阳性率。结果血浆5项指标水平均AMI组>UAP组>SAP组>对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆5项指标阳性率均AMI组>UAP组>SAP组,SAP组血浆D-D、Fg、CRP、Lp(a)阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-D、Fg、CK-MB、CRP、Lp(a)可作为冠心病预防及诊断的有效指标,可为冠心病诊断、临床分型及治疗方案的制订提供一定指导,值得推广。
