摘要
目的:观察加味六君子汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证的临床效果。方法:选取2014年9月~2017年8月期间本院所收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者72例,中医辨证分型均为肺脾气虚证。按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(常规西医治疗)和观察组(西医治疗联合加味六君子汤),对两组治疗前后临床症状、肺功能及急性加重频次进行观察分析。结果:观察总治疗有效率(91.67%)明显高于对照组(69.44%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗后其相关指标较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医症候积分、急性加重次数明显低于对照组,FEV1%、体重指数明显高于后者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味六君子汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证,可有效改善患者肺功能,提高机体的免疫功能,对于增强临床治疗效果,改善此类患者生存质量具有十分积极的作用,建议在临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using Modified Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during the stable period of lung-spleen Qi-deficiency.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital during the period from September 2014 to August 2017 were selected.The syndrome differentiation of TCM syndromes was the deficiency of lung and spleen Qi.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into controlled group(conventional western medicine treatment) and observation group(western medicine combined with Modified Liujunzi Decoction).The clinical symptoms,lung function,and frequency of acute exacerbation before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results:The total treatment response rate(91.67%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant indicators of both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),but in the observation group,the number of medical symptom scores and acute exacerbations were significantly lower in the observation group than in the controlled group.The FEV1% and body mass index were significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Modified Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable phase of lung-spleen qi-deficiency syndrome can effectively improve the lung function of patients and improve the body’s immune function.It has a very positive effect on enhancing the clinical treatment effect and improving the quality of life of such patients,and its worthy of clinical application.
