摘要
海洋渔业是我国的传统海洋产业,近年来面临渔业资源衰退、增产潜力有限的瓶颈,迫切需要调整生产结构、转变发展方式。随着海洋经济的发展,新业态、新模式成为经济发展的新动力和促进新旧动能转换的重要内容,加快与新兴产业的融合发展,培育新业态、新模式成为海洋渔业转型发展的重要抓手。文章基于跨界融合的视角,探讨新业态的内涵特征和形成机理,分析我国海洋渔业新业态的典型模式,以此寻求促进海洋渔业新业态培育的有效对策。
Marine fishery is a traditional marine industry in China.In recent years,facing the bottleneck of declining fishery resources and limited potential of increasing production,it is urgent to adjust the production structure and change the development mode.In recent years,new business forms and models have become not only the new drivers of economic development but also an important part of the transformation and development of marine fisheries.Based on the perspective of cross-border integration,this paper,on the one hand,discusses the connotation characteristics and formation mechanism of new formats,on the other hand,analyzes the typical models of the new format of marine fishery in China,so as to seek effective countermeasures to promote the cultivation of new formats of marine fishery.
