摘要
总结皮持衡辨治过敏性紫癜性肾炎的经验。强调血分瘀热贯穿紫癜性肾炎病程始终,以清热解毒为治疗总纲,凉血化瘀贯穿全程,主张急性期从卫气营血及三焦辨治,认为慢性期仍余热未清、以肝脾肾三脏亏虚为主,提出紫癜性肾炎水肿应水瘀并治,肝脾肾亏虚者治宜补虚和络。
The experience of Pi Chiheng in treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis was summarized,which is emphasizing blood stasis heat throughout the course of the duration of purpura nephritis.In order to clear heat and detoxification for the treatment of the general outline,cool blood circulation throughout the whole process.It is suggested that the acute phase should be treated by weiqiyingxue and Trijiao.It is believed that residual heat is not clear in chronic phase,and the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney is the main one.It is proposed that purpura nephritis edema should benefit water and remove blood stasis,the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney should be treated by filling the deficiency and dredging the collaterals.
