摘要
张君教授从儿童生理特性、体质"伏毒"入手,将宏观脏腑辨证与微观肾经与肾络经络辨证结合起来论治儿童紫癜性肾炎,以"热、毒、瘀、虚"为主要病理因素,"瘀"为贯穿疾病始终的病理因素,"瘀阻肾络"为病机关键,提出临证以调整体质,清肺补脾益肾,活络化瘀为治疗原则,以六味地黄汤为基础调整体质,加用活络化瘀之品,联合运用"辛"药与"藤"药并加用清肺补脾益肾及清热解毒之品论治儿童紫癜性肾炎。
From children’s physiological characteristics and constitution of ‘Fudu’,professor ZHANG Jun treats purpura nephritis in children according to the macroscopic differentiation of and micro kidney meridian combined with renal collaterals meridian syndrome differentiation.Taking ‘heat,poison,blood stasis,deficiency’ as the main pathological factors,‘blood stasis’ is the pathological factor throughout the disease.‘Blood stasis resistance renal collaterals’ is the key to pathogenesis,with therapeutic principles of adjusting constitution,clearing lung,tonifying spleen and kidney and activating blood circulation.Adjusting physique on the basis of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,by activating blood circulation of goods,joint application of ‘pungent’ medicine and ‘rattan’ medicine,and use medicine of cleaning lungs,tonifying kidney and benefiting spleen,and clearing heat and removing toxicity,purpura nephritis in children is diagnosed and treated.
