摘要
本文从自身免疫性疾病的诊治浅析正邪胶结理论的内涵与外延,认为正邪胶结病机可以存在于人体的脏腑、经脉、苗窍任何部位,也可以存在于人体的营、卫、气、血、津、精、液等不同的生理层次,其次由于病理因素的不同、且多种病理因素又可以相兼为病,且病理因素相兼又可以相互依托、互为依靠,导致正邪胶结的病理状态极其顽固复杂,临床上可出现正邪胶结(混处)于卫分、营分、气分、血分等不同的生理层次,一旦形成胶结邪气可随营、卫、气、血而循行于全身,表里阴阳气血皆可累及、多层次相兼为病相互影响。
This paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the theory of healthy qi and pathogenic factors cementation from the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases.It is believed that the healthy qi and the pathogenic factors cementation can exist in the viscera,meridians and organs of human body,and can also exist in the physiological levels of body such as nutritive qi,defensive qi,qi,blood,yin,yang,essence and fluid.Secondly,due to the difference of pathological factors,and many pathological factors can also rely on each other,leading to the extremely stubborn and complex pathological state of healthy qi and pathogenic factors cementation.Once the formation of cementing pathogenic factors can follow the nutritive qi,defensive qi,blood,yin,yang and circulation in the whole body,inside and outside,yin and yang,qi and blood can be involved,multi-level phase and disease mutual influence.
