摘要
目的:了解我中心门诊患者用药情况,分析其中存在的问题,从而避免不合理用药情况的发生,保证临床用药安全、合理,提高中心诊疗水平。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我中心2015年5月—2018年7月完成诊疗的患者,分别按月抽取样本,统计分析不合理用药情况。结果:合计抽取5327例,合理用药4589例(占86.15%),不合理用药738例(占13.85%),其中不规范处方38例(占0.71%),用药不适宜693例(占13.01%),超常用药7例(占0.13%)。结论:我中心虽然门诊合理用药率较高,但是用药不适宜的情况却突出,应积极完善处方点评制度,建立反馈协调、绩效考核机制,促进临床合理用药。
Objective:To understand the drug use in outpatients in our center and analyze existing problems so as to avoid the occurrence of irrational drug use,ensure the safety and rationality of clinical drug use and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The patients who completed the diagnosis and treatment in our center from May 2015 to July 2018 were sampled monthly for statistical analysis of irrational drug use by a retrospective study method.Results:A total of 5,327 cases were collected,including 4,589 cases(86.15%)of rational drug use and 738 cases(13.85%)of irrational drug use.Among them,there were 38 cases(0.71%)using nonstandard prescriptions,693 cases(13.01%)of unsuitable drug use and 7 cases(0.13%)of excessive drug use(accounting for 0.13%).Conclusion:Although the rate of rational drug use is higher in our center,the situation of unsuitable drug use is outstanding.The prescription review system should be actively improved,and feedback coordination and performance appraisal mechanism should be established to promote clinical rational drug use.
