摘要
顶管施工是继盾构施工后逐步发展起来的一种地下顶管施工方法,顶管顶进施工会对周围的土体造成扰动并对临近管线产生影响,施工时应控制穿越过程中的地面隆起与顶管顶进的路线与变形,避免危及行车安全及周围建筑物。文章建立顶管-平行管线-土体情况下的 ABAQUS 模型,对平行管线水平与竖向位移大小进行研究,探讨顶管顶进过程中对地下管线的影响;同时对控制变形的措施进行探讨,以保证顶管顶进施工过程中无不良影响。
Pipe jacking construction is a kind of underground pipe jacking construction method gradually developed after shield construction.Pipe jacking construction causes disturbance to the surrounding soil and affect the adjacent pipelines.During the construction,the ground uplifting and pipe jacking track route and deformation should be controlled to avoid endangering the traffi c safety and surrounding buildings.This paper establishes the ABAQUS model for pipe jacking,parallel pipeline and soil,studies the horizontal and vertical displacement of parallel pipeline,discusses the influence of pipe jacking on underground pipeline in the process of pipe jacking,and discusses the measures to control deformation,so as to ensure that there is no adverse effect in the process of pipe jacking construction.
