摘要
在顶管施工过程中,除对管材基本力学性能研究外,重要的是顶管顶进性能及顶力控制的研究。为了研究顶管施工过程中顶力变化,结合工程实际情况,首先对不同成分的泥浆进行试验研究,掌握在不同配比下的泥浆力学性能变化,为施工时泥浆的配比提供理论依据,保证施工顺利进行。然后使用部分实验数据采用Ansys/Ls-dyna对顶管施工过程进行数值模拟,通过对一节顶管各个部位在顶进过程中的顶力变化分析,得到顶管在顶进中顶力的变化,并成功的用来指导施工。结果表明,数值分析可以有效地计算出施工过程中的顶力变化,为以后的工程研究提供一种方便有效的方法。
In the process of pipe jacking construction,the study of the basic mechanical properties of the pipe,it is important to study the pipe jacking performance and jacking force control.In order to study the jacking force changes in the construction process of the jacking pipe,combined with the actual conditions of the project,the mud of different composition was tested and studied,and the mechanical properties of the mud under different proportions were mastered,which provided a theoretical basis for the proportioning of mud during construction and guaranteed the smooth progress of construction.Then the construction process of pipe jacking was by Ansys/Ls-dyna with some experimental data.Through the analysis of the jacking force of various parts of a jacking pipe during the jacking process,the jacking force of the jacking pipe during the construction process was obtained,which was used successfully to guide the construction.The results show that the numerical analysis can be used to calculate the change of the jacking force in the construction process effectively and provide a convenient and effective method for the future engineering research.
