摘要
文章以9个梨品种为试验材料,测定了叶片叶绿素含量、初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光能转换速率(Fv/Fm)等荧光参数,研究品种间荧光特性的差异。结果表明:9个梨品种中,"茄梨"的叶绿素含量最高,"尕吊蛋"最低";南果"的初始化荧光(Fo)较小,其余品种的差异不大";红早酥"的可变荧光(Fv)和最大荧光(Fm)均最大,"南果"梨均最小;"红早酥"的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)最大,"长把"梨最小,其余的7个品种间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综合分析表明:"绿早酥"、"红早酥"和"皇冠"的光合能力较强,"南果"和"长把"的光合能力较弱。
In this paper,the chlorophyll content,initial fluorescence(Fo),maximum fluorescence(Fm)and maximum light energy conversion rate(Fv/Fm)of photosystemⅡ(PSⅡ)of 9 pear varieties were measured to study the difference of fluorescence characteristics among varieties.The results showed that among the 9 pear varieties,"Qieli"had the highest chlorophyll content and"Gadiaodan"had the lowest chlorophyll content.The initial fluorescence(Fo)of"Nanguo"is small,and the difference of other varieties is not big."Hongzaosu"has the largest variable fluorescence(Fv)and maximum fluorescence(Fm),while"Nanguo"pear has the smallest.The maximum light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm)of"Hongzaosu"was the largest and"Changba"was the smallest.There was no significant difference among the other 7 varieties(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis shows that"Lvzaosu","Hongzaosu"and"Huangguan"have stronger photosynthetic capacity,while"Nanguo"and"Changba"have weaker photosynthetic capacity.
