摘要
基于我国灾难护理学发展滞后的现状,本文就护理人员在应对重大公卫事件时作为合格的照顾者所需的专业技能与护理理论知识,和作为被照顾者时的情绪波动与人文关怀需求两方面内容进行探讨。提出了护理人员需要提升自身专业素质及护理技能以应对突发公卫事件,同时在护理过程中精神压力及情绪困扰也应被关注,未来护理人员的专业素质提升与护士群体所需的人文关怀研究将是灾难护理学的重要组成。
Based on the lagging development of disaster nursing in China,this article discusses the professional skills and nursing theoretical knowledge required by nursing staff as qualified caregivers in dealing with major public health incidents,as well as the emotional fluctuations and humanistic care needs of care recipients.The content is discussed.It is pointed out that nurses need to improve their professional quality and nursing skills to deal with sudden public health incidents.At the same time,mental stress and emotional distress should also be paid attention to in the nursing process.In the future,the professional quality of nurses will improve and the humanistic care required by the nurses.Research will be an important part of disaster nursing.
