摘要
GIS绝缘子表面的金属颗粒是一种常见的缺陷类型,且被认为是引起现场GIS绝缘子沿面闪络的重要原因。因此,对绝缘表面金属颗粒引起的局部放电情况进行监控,就可以有效地预测绝缘子的闪络几率,从而减少绝缘故障的发生。以220 kV GIS支柱绝缘子上的固定金属丝为例,研究了绝缘闪络前表面金属丝造成的局部放电的各项特性,包括视在放电量、脉冲重复率、相位分布情况等随时间的变化规律。研究成果给变电站现场的局部放电检测和闪络故障预测提供了可靠的实验数据,对于提升预测的准确性和GIS设备运行的安全可靠性具有重要的意义。
The metal particles on the surface of the insulator are common to see in GIS,which are regarded as a critical reason to cause the surface flashover on GIS insulators in substations.Hence,the probability of occurrence of the surface flashover can be effectively predicted by monitoring the partial discharge(PD)induced by the metal particles on the surface of the insulator,and the failure rate of the GIS can be reduced.In this paper,a 220 kV GIS post insulator with fixed metal wire is introduced to investigate on the variation of the PD characteristics,including the apparent PD magnitude,the distribution of the PD pulses on power cycles,and the repeat rate of the PD,to the duration of the PD experiment.The research results of this paper will provide reliable data to the PD detection and flashover prediction on site,and will make significant sense to the improvement of the accuracy of prediction and the operating stability of the GIS in substations.
