摘要
本研究提出一种个性化相册印制产品的优化路径。运用卡诺模型定性分析需求信息,获取个性化相册产品属性指标的卡诺类别,以卡诺类别为一级指标,以客户对个性化相册产品的需求项为二级指标,得到层次评价体系,构建判断矩阵,计算个性化相册产品属性指标的权重,以确定产品属性的优化顺序。根据实例分析,得到个性化相册属性指标的优化顺序,优化的重点是版式设计、图像清晰度和价格。基于卡诺和层次分析的优化模型,为个性化相册产品的优化提供了有益参考。
An optimized path of personalized photo album was proposed in this study. Using the Kano model to analyze the demand information qualitatively, the Kano category of the personalized album product attribute index was obtained. Then, the Kano category as the first level index and the customer’s demand for the personalized album product as the second level index was taken. The hierarchical evaluation system was got, and the judgment matrix was built. Finally, the weight of the personalized album product attribute index was calculated, and the optimization order of the product attributes was determined. From the analysis of examples, the optimization order of the personalized album attribute index was obtained. The optimization focused on layout design, image clarity and price. The result showed that optimization model based on Kano and AHP provides a useful reference for the optimization of personalized album products.
