摘要
目的探讨超声引导下注射臭氧联合二乌汤湿热敷对早期炎性偏瘫肩痛的疗效和安全性。方法选取2017年6月—2018年10月于天津中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的炎性偏瘫肩痛的患者60例,随机分对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用神经肌肉本体感觉促进(PNF),治疗组在此基础上增加超声引导臭氧注射联合二乌汤湿热敷治疗。采用VAS疼痛评分、Fugl-Meyer肢功能评分和Barthel指数对患者在治疗前和治疗后30 d进行评定。结果治疗4周后,VAS疼痛评分、简化Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数两组均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下医用臭氧联合二乌汤湿热敷治疗炎性偏瘫肩痛效果优于单纯PNF,且安全可靠。
Objective The aim of the study was to observe the effect of ultrasound-guided ozone injection combined with Erwu decoction fomenting in the treatment of early inflammatory hemiplegia shoulder pain.Methods Sixty patients with inflammatory hemiplegia shoulder pain admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Tianjin from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.The control group adopts the neuromuscular proprioception promote(PNF),and the treatment group adopted ultrasound-guided ozone injection combined with Erwu decoction fomenting on the basis of control group.The VAS pain score,the Fugl-Meyer limb function score and Barthel index of patients in before and after 30 days treatment were assessed.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the VAS pain score,the simplified Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound-guided ozone injection combined with Erwu decoction fomenting is superior to simple PNF in the treatment of inflammatory hemiplegia shoulder pain,which is safe and applicable.
