摘要
国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)是国家科技文献保障体系的核心组成部分,是我国科技文献信息共建共享的重要典范。二十年来,NSTL科技文献资源共建共享机制和公益普惠服务,在我国关键领域核心技术的自主研发创新中发挥了高效精准的战略保障作用。在NSTL海量资源和普惠服务的强有力保障下,中国计量院在食品安全、中国基准走出国门、北斗系统基准钟建设、“国际单位制(SI)”变革等国家重大计量科学研究中取得了突破与创新,NSTL都彰显了不可或缺的国家层面的战略保障作用。本文从NSTL计量文献资源、NSTL计量文献服务、NSTL计量知识服务三方面论述了NSTL科技文献如何为计量科研创新提供战略保障研究。
The National Science and Technology Library( NSTL) is the core component of the national scientific literature assurance system and an important model for the joint construction and sharing of China’s scientific literature and information. Over the past two decades,NSTL’s scientific literature resources co-construction and sharing mechanism and public welfare services have played an efficient and accurate strategic assurance role in supporting the independent research and development of core technologies in China’s key areas. Under the strong guarantee of NSTL’s massive resources and inclusive services,the National Institute of Metrology( NIM) has demonstrated an indispensable strategic role at the national level in the major national measurement technology innovation,such as the food safety,the Chinese primary standards going abroad,the construction of Beidou System primary reference clock,and the reform of the International System of Units( SI).This paper discusses how NSTL provides strategic support for measurement research innovation with the implementation of the measurement literature resources and services.
