摘要
针对创新对象、创新强度、创新程度差异划分的多维创新模式对企业成长的影响路径,以及制造企业与服务企业行业异质性的调节效应检验等问题。采用元分析的方法,筛选出创新研究领域78份独立样本作为研究对象,结果表明多种创新模式均能刺激企业成长且影响路径存在差异,服务企业相对制造企业对产品创新、工艺创新、渐进式创新正向影响企业成长的调节作用更显著,制造企业相对服务企业对开发性创新、探索性创新正向影响企业成长的调节作用更显著。研究结论强调企业采取灵活创新战略的重要性,并为不同行业的企业选择合适的创新策略提供一定的指导。
Aming at the influence path of the multi-dimensional innovation model divided into the object of innovation,the intensity of innovation,and the degree of innovation on the growth of enterprises,and the test of the moderating effect of industry heterogeneity between manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises,using meta-analysis,78 independent samples in innovation research field are selected as the research object.The results show that various innovation models can stimulate the growth of enterprises.Service industry plays a more significant moderate role in product innovation,process innovation and incremental innovation,while manufacturing industry has a positive impact on exploitation innovation and exploration innovation.The conclusion emphasizes the importance of flexible innovation strategy and provides guidance for enterprises in different industries to choose appropriate innovation strategy.
