复合酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物数量及血液指标的影响 被引量:15

Effect of compound acidifier on growth performance,fecal microorganism and blood index of weaned piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究复合酸化剂对早期断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、粪便微生物数量及血液指标的影响。选择日龄(28±2)和体重(8.14±1.15)kg接近的"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪36头,分为3个处理组:复合抗生素组(基础日粮+土霉素100 mg/kg+金霉素75 mg/kg+喹烯酮250 mg/kg)、复合酸化剂Ⅰ组(基础日粮+5000 mg/kg复合酸化剂Ⅰ)和复合酸化剂Ⅱ组(基础日粮+5000 mg/kg复合酸化剂Ⅱ),每处理组4个重复,每个重复3头猪,进行为期42 d的生长试验。结果表明:①与复合抗生素组和复合酸化剂Ⅰ组相比,复合酸化剂Ⅱ组的采食量分别提高6.51%和10.67%,日增重分别提高了5.53%和10.90%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);②复合酸化剂Ⅱ组腹泻率较复合抗生素组降低17.72%,较复合酸化剂Ⅰ组高6.27%;③两个复合酸化剂组的有益菌(乳酸杆菌)数量显著高于复合抗生素组(P<0.05),有害菌的数量低于复合抗生素组(大肠杆菌数量P<0.05,沙门氏菌P<0.10);④各组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量差异不显著(P>0.05),复合酸化剂Ⅱ组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量比复合抗生素组显著提高34.78%(P<0.05)。结果表明:复合酸化剂能提高断奶仔猪生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善仔猪肠道菌群结构,增强仔猪免疫力,且饲喂效果优于抗生素,能够代替抗生素应用于仔猪日粮中。 The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of compound acidifier on growth performance,diarrhea rate,fecal microorganism and blood index of early weaned piglets.36 weaned piglets of"Du×Chang×Da"with same day old(28±2)d and similar weight(8.14±1.15)kg were randomly allocated into three treatments:①the compound antibiotic group(basic diet+terramycin100 mg/kg+chlortetracycline 75 mg/kg+quinolone 250 mg/kg);②the compound acidifier groupⅠ(basic diet+5000 mg/kg compound acidifierⅠ);③the compound acidifier groupⅡ(basic die+5000 mg/kg compound acidifierⅡ).Each group contained 4 replicates with 3 pigs per replicate and the feeding experiment lasted 6 weeks.The results showed that:①compared to compound antibiotic group and compound acidifier groupⅠ,the feed intake of compound acidifier groupⅡincreased by 6.51%and 10.67%,respectively.Meanwhile,the daily gain of compound acidifier groupⅡincreased by 5.53%and 10.90%,respectively.However,there is no significant difference in respect to these parameters among three treatment group(P>0.05);②compared to compound antibiotic group and compound acidifier groupⅠ,the diarrhea rate of compound acidifier groupⅡdramatically reduced 17.72%and increased 6.27%,respectively.③The numbers of beneficial bacteria(lactobacilli)and harmful bacteria(E.coli and Salmonella)in the compound acidifier group I and groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in the antibiotic group(P<0.05);④The contents of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were not significantly different among three group(P>0.05),but the contents of immunoglobulin M(IgM)of the compound acidifierⅡgroup were significantly increased 34.78%compared to the compound antibiotic group(P<0.05).Overall,the results indicated that the compound acidifier could improve the growth performance,reduce the diarrhea rate,regulate the intestinal flora structure and enhance the immunity of piglets,and the feeding effect of it was better than that of antibiotics.
