社会工作在基层权力场域的承认困境——以S市社区教育项目“亲情家园”为例 被引量:2

The Dilemma of Recognition of Social Work in the Field of Grassroots Power——Taking the Community Education Project Named"Family of Love"in S City as an Example

摘要 多元主体协同共治深入国家发展格局,社会工作成为社会治理的重要主体,社区教育成为落实基层治理的实践载体。社会工作介入社区教育是时代之需,也是实践创新。社会工作“嵌入式”发展模式,使其在介入社区教育过程中与权力主体之间承认失衡,从而进一步影响其专业价值和教育本意的社会承认。社会工作要从基层权力场域获取合法合理地位,从职业发展中坚实专业自信,从平等合作中赢得尊重,从而在社区教育中发挥出应有的力量。 Social work has become an important subject of social governance,and community education has turned into an important carrier of social governance under the multi-subject co-governance deepening national development.The involvement of social work in community education is the need of the times and an innovation of practice.The"embedded"development mode of social work makes it"imbalance of recognition"in the process of intervention in community education,and among the power subjects so that this further affects its professional value and social recognition of original purpose of education.Social work should obtain legal and reasonable status from the field of grassroots power,strengthen professional confidence in career development,and win respect from equal cooperation,so as to exert its power in community education.
