摘要
目的探究参麦注射液对乳腺癌术后AC→T方案化疗的效果及安全性。方法选取该院2017年12月—2019年12月收治的82例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用AC→T方案化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参麦注射液治疗,对比两组治疗效果、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为60.98%,高于对照组的36.59%,疾病控制率为90.24%,高于对照组的56.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.881、12.176,P<0.05);观察组治疗后社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能与心理功能评分分别为(82.12±2.12)分、(83.12±5.63)分、(80.02±2.88)分、(85.25±2.88)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.587、9.632、9.528、11.258,P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、脱发、恶心呕吐、心脏毒性发生率分别为43.90%、29.27%、26.83%、24.39%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.952、8.323、9.632、10.257,P<0.05)。结论在AC→T化疗方案基础上联合参麦注射液治疗乳腺癌的效果理想,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Shenmai injection on AC→T chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Methods Eighty-two breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with AC→T chemotherapy.The observation group was based on the control group.They were treated with Shenmai injection to compare the treatment effect,quality of life score and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 60.98%,higher than 36.59%in the control group,and the disease control rate was 90.24%,higher than56.10%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.881,12.176,P<0.05);The scores of function,material life,physical function and mental function were(82.12±2.12)points,(83.12±5.63)points,(80.02±2.88)points(85.25±2.88)points,which were all lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.587,9.632,9.528,11.258,P<0.05);the incidence of leukopenia,hair loss,nausea and vomiting,and cardiotoxicity in the observation group were 43.90%,29.27%,26.83%,and 24.39%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.952,8.323,9.632,10.257,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of AC→T chemotherapy,combined with Shenmai injection is ideal for the treatment of breast cancer and has high safety.
