摘要
脾属土,居中焦,为万物生化之母,主运化、主肌肉。脾气健运则气血生化有源,四肢肌肉紧弛有度。线粒体承载着生命活动的物质基础与气血生化之源"脾"功能相类似。线粒体脂肪酸氧化是脂质代谢主要途径之一,也是能量产生的重要方式。线粒体脂肪酸氧化功能正常,则肝脏正常进行物质代谢及能量转化,肌肉运功供能正常。本研究基于脾与线粒体相关性,从"脾运化-主肌肉"探讨线粒体脂肪酸氧化对脂质代谢的影响及机制。
The Pi belongs to the earth and is in the Zhong jiao.It is the mother of all things,and it governs transformation,transportation and muscles.If the Pi is healthy,there is sufficient qi and blood,and muscles are strong.The function of mitochondria is similar to that of the Pi.Mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation is one of the main pathways of lipid metabolism and an important way to generate energy.When mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation is normal,the liver normally performs material metabolism and energy conversion,and muscle energy supply is normal.Based on the correlation between the Pi and mitochondria,the effect and mechanism of mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation on lipid metabolism are discussed from"Pi governing transformation,transportation and muscles".
