摘要
高质量内部控制能从“实物流”和“价值流”角度帮助企业做出更优的存货管理决策,提高企业存货管理效率。利用我国沪深两市A股制造业上市公司2015-2017年的相关数据进行实证检验发现:内部控制质量越高,企业存货持有量及存货波动性越低;当企业面临的市场需求波动性越强时,高质量内部控制降低企业存货波动性的作用越显著。
The high quality internal control can help enterprises make better inventory management decisions and improve the efficiency of inventory management from the perspective of material flow and value flow.Using the data of A-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2015 to 2017,we find that the higher the quality of internal control,the lower the inventory holding and volatility of enterprises;when the market demand volatility of enterprises is stronger,the more significant the role of high-quality internal control in reducing the inventory volatility of enterprises.
