摘要
目的:观察三仁汤联合西药滴眼治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的疗效。方法:40例随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,两组均予西药治疗,观察组加用三仁汤治疗。结果:观察组平均痊愈时间(6.35±1.53)天、痊愈率75%,对照组平均痊愈时间(7.95±1.63)天、痊愈率40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后裂隙灯下表现观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月复发率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三仁汤联合西药滴眼治疗急性前葡萄膜炎有较好疗效,可缩短病程,减少复发。
Objective:To observe the effect of Sanren Decoction combined with western medicine eye drops on acute anterior uveitis.Method:40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and observation group were treated with Sanren Decoction in addition.Result:The average recovery time of the observation group was(6.35±1.53)days,and the recovery rate was 75%while the average recovery time of the control group was(7.95±1.63)days,and the recovery rate was 40%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the course of treatment,the observation group under the slit lamp was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The relapse rate in the observation group after 6 months was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanren Decoction combined with western medicine eye drops has a good effect on acute anterior uveitis,which can shorten the course of disease and reduce recurrence.
