摘要 3D slicer是一种医学影像处理分析与可视化的软件系统,其可处理CT及MRI等影像资料,被用于融合多模态的影像,可优化手术设计、实现术中精准定位,指导疾病的临床诊断及治疗。3D slicer软件在心血管科、呼吸内科及泌尿外科等多学科已广泛应用。然而神经外科疾病较为复杂,手术难度在于颅脑解剖的复杂,对于病灶定位要求较高。3D slicer的多模态影像融合可模拟出脑神经、脑血管以及颅内病灶,从而可以评估颅脑病灶范围及其与周围正常解剖结构的关系,以利于评价手术难度,模拟最佳手术入路。3D slicer在神经外科辅助血肿穿刺、动脉瘤夹闭、肿瘤切除、功能性疾病方面已取得初步应用。本文就3D slicer在神经外科中优化手术方案、实现精准医疗的最新进展进行综述,以期为临床提供更有利参考。 3D slicer is a software system for medical image processing,analysis and visualization.It can process CT,MRI and other image data,and can be used to fuse multimodal images.It can optimize surgical design and achieve accurate intraoperative location to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.3D slicer software has been widely used in cardiovascular department,respiratory department,urology and other disciplines.However,neurosurgical diseases are more complex,and the difficulty of operation lies in the complexity of craniocerebral anatomy,which requires high localization of lesions.The multimodal image fusion of 3D slicer can simulate cranial nerves,cerebral vessels and intracranial lesions,so as to evaluate the extent of craniocerebral lesions and their relationship with the surrounding normal anatomical structures,so as to evaluate the difficulty of operation and simulate the best surgical approach.3D slicer has achieved preliminary application in neurosurgery-assisted hematoma puncture,aneurysm clipping,tumor resection and functional diseases.This article reviews the latest progress of 3D slicer in optimizing operation plan and realizing accurate medical treatment in neurosurgery,in order to provide more favorable reference for clinic.
