利用灰度反转视图与sterEOS工作站进行脊柱建模的可行性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨利用灰度反转视图与sterEOS工作站进行脊柱建模的可行性。方法回顾2019年9至12月于北京积水潭医院放射科因患特异性脊柱侧凸接受双向站立负重位EOS X线影像采集系统(EOS)检查的符合病例纳入标准患者30例的影像学资料并进行测量。通过sterEOS后处理工作站,由2名测量者(A和B)分别同时利用正常灰度视图和灰度反转视图进行快速脊柱三维测量,1周后重复测量1次。测量并记录的参数包括侧弯Cobb角、T1/T12胸后凸角、T4/T12胸后凸角、L1/L5腰前凸角、L1/S1腰前凸角、骨盆透射角(PI)、骨盆倾斜角(PT)和骶骨倾斜角(SS)。采用SPSS 21.0软件对测得数据进行处理。对2名测量者采用2种视图测得的数据分别进行比较;计算不同数据的相关系数(ICC)以评价数据的一致性。结果患者男7例,女23例;年龄为(14.48±3.18)岁。同一测量者的2次测量数据差异均无统计学意义。在正常灰度视图数据中,A测得数据ICC=0.90~1.00,一致性极佳;B测量数据ICC=0.85~1.00,一致性为好至极佳;A和B测得数据大部分ICC=0.80~1.00,一致性为好至极佳。在灰度反转视图数据中,A测得数据ICC=0.90~1.00,一致性极佳;B测得数据ICC=0.90~1.00,一致性极佳;A和B测得数据ICC=0.85~1.00,一致性为好至极佳。正常灰度与灰度反转视图数据ICC=0.90~1.00,一致性极佳。结论利用灰度反转视图与sterEOS工作站测量脊柱三维参数与正常灰度视图具有相近的可信度与可重复性。在测量过程中将2种视图结合使用,更利于完成脊柱建模。 Objective To study the feasibility of 3D measurement and spine modeling using reversal image in sterEOS workstation.Methods Imaging data of 30 patients with specific scoliosis examined by European Orthopedic System(EOS)in Department of Radiology,Beijing Jishuitan Hospital between September and December 2019 were included.The 3D parameters of spine were measured by 2 technicians(A,B)using the positive image and the reversal image in the sterEOS workstation for 2 times,and the interval between the 2 times was one week.The relevant parameters included scoliosis Cobbs'angle,T1/T12 thoracic kyphosis angle,T4/T12 thoracic kyphosis angle,L1/L5 lumber lordosis angle,L1/S1 lumber lordosis angle,pelvic incidence(PI),pelvic tilt(PT)and sacral slope(SS).SPSS 21.0 softwear was used to process the data.The data measured by the 2 technicians on images in 2 kinds of greyscale were compared and the intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)between the data were calculated.Results 30 patients aged(14.48±3.18)years included 7 males and 23 females.There was no statistically significant difference between the 2 measurements taken by each technicians.In measurement on the positive image,the ICC between data of 2 measurements taken by technician A were all in range of 0.90-1.00 with excellent consistency.The ICC between data of 2 measurements taken by technician B were all in range of 0.85-1.00 with good to excellent consistency.The ICC between data of measurements taken by the 2 technicians were mostly between 0.80-1.00,with good to excellent consistency.In measurement on reversal image,the ICC between data of 2 measurements taken by technician A were all in range of 0.90-1.00 with excellent consistency.The ICC between data of 2 measurements taken by technician B were all in range of 0.90-1.00 with excellent consistency.The ICC between data of measurements taken by the 2 technicians were all in range of 0.85-1.00 with good to excellent consistency.The ICC between data of measurements taken by the 2 kinds of image were all in the range of 0.90-1.00 with excellent consistency.Conclusion The reliability and repeatability of 3D measurement on reversal image in sterEOS workstation is closed to that on positive image.The 2 kinds of image could be combined in the measurement to facilitate the completion of spine modeling.
