摘要
目的探讨后路减压、椎间融合、后外侧植骨、椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗退变性腰椎侧凸的手术方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院后路手术治疗7例退变性腰椎侧凸患者的病例资料。结果 7例患者术后平均随访1.2年,下腰痛、神经根病症状、间歇性跛行、直腰困难等明显缓解,腰椎前凸得到一定程度恢复,无螺钉松动、断钉、断棒,植骨生长满意。结论退变性腰椎侧凸已逐渐成为影响老年人生活质量的一种重要的腰椎退变性疾病,后路手术是治疗退变性腰椎侧凸的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of the operation of decompression from the posterior,interpyramidal fusion,posteroexternal bone graft,internal fixation with pedicle of vertebral arch screw to lumbar degenerative scoliosis.Methods Analyzed 7 cases of lumbar degenerative scoliosis treated with posterior approach from February in 2005 to April in 2008.Results All the 7 patients were treated with posterior approach.1.2 years were followed up as an average after operation.Low back pain,nerve root disease symptom, intermittent claudication,stretch oneself dysfunction,etc.were released obviously.Lumbar lordosis was rebounded partially.No screw loosening,breaking or stick breaking.The growth of bone graft were satisfied.Conclusion Lumbar degenerative scoliosis has gradually become one of the lumbar degenerative disease that impacts the old persons＇ quality of life severely.The operation of decompression from the posterior , interpyramidal fusion, posteroexternal bone graft, internal fixation with pedicle of vertebral arch screw is an effective method to lumbar degenerative scoliosis.The main purpose of the operation is to lighten symptoms, stabilize the spinal column and balance restitution,reshaping is less important.
