首钢京唐1号高炉富氧率与炉况的匹配分析 被引量:11

Matching analysis of oxygen enrichment rate with furnace condition of No.1 blast furnace in Shougang Jingtang

摘要 高炉富氧鼓风在一定程度上能够强化冶炼,提高产量及煤气利用率等。但是,富氧率过高或与炉况不相适合,可能会导致高炉热平衡失常。为了确定首钢京唐公司1号高炉不同炉况时合适的富氧率,通过分析统计近2年的生产数据,明确了富氧率与焦炭负荷及其他操作参数的关系。结果表明,低迷炉况(焦炭负荷较轻)匹配的富氧率范围在2%~4%,炉况好转(负荷稍重)时相匹配的富氧率范围在4%~5%,稳定炉况(焦炭负荷较重时)匹配的富氧率范围在5%~6%。因此不能单纯地通过提高富氧率促进高炉炉况的好转,而要根据炉况选择高炉能够接受的富氧率。 The oxygen-enriched blast technology played a key role of strengthening smelting,increasing daily output of hot metal,promoting gas utilization rate,etc.However,the excessive or inappropriate oxygen enrichment rate may result in abnormal heat balance in furnace.In order to determine the reasonable oxygen enrichment rates of No.1 BF in different furnace conditions,the relationship between oxygen enrichment rate and burden ratio with other parameters was analyzed based on statistical analysis of production data in recent two years.The results show that the oxygen enrichment rate matching with a light burden ratio of coke is in the range of 2%-4%,the oxygen enrichment rate matching with the improved furnace condition(a heavy burden ratio of coke)is in the range of 4%-5%,and the oxygen enrichment rate matching with the stable furnace condition(a heavier burden ratio of coke)is in the range of 5%-6%.Therefore,the improvement of the blast furnace condition cannot be promoted simply by increasing the oxygen enrichment rate,but the acceptable oxygen enrichment rate of the blast furnace can be selected according to the furnace condition.
