                    在高炉喷煤率逐步增加至超过焦比的过程中,鼓风富氧率必随之上升,使炼铁需氧量将大于炼钢工序。提出开发采用中压空气分离循环流程生产纯度为90%~95%氧气的炼铁专用制氧机,为高炉提供廉价氧气。
                
                With gradully increasing rate of pulverized coal injection in BF,even exceeding the coke rate, therefore the oxygen percentage in the blast must correspondingly increase. It is possible that the oxygen amount for BF.ironmaking will be more than that for steelmaking. It is suggusted to develop a special oxygen plant for ironmaking process which will produce oxygen of 90%~95% O2 purity by medium pressure air seperating cycle procedure,and will supply BF with oxygen of low-priced.
