摘要
目的研究温脾汤灌肠对重症患者胃肠激素水平恢复的影响。方法抽选2018年3月—2019年5月收入住院的重症患者120例,采用随机均等法划分为研究组(60例,加用温脾汤灌肠治疗)和对照组(60例,采用吗丁啉治疗),治疗1个疗程后比较2组患者疗效及胃肠激素水平恢复情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,研究组治疗总有效率91.67%高于对照组71.67%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;研究组G-17(7.91±0.88)pmol/L、PG-Ⅰ(136.28±12.39)ng/ml、PG-Ⅱ(12.53±2.86)ng/ml水平恢复显著优于对照组(5.32±0.82)pmol/L、(109.65±12.41)ng/ml、(15.72±2.91)ng/ml,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论温脾汤灌肠治疗重症患者胃肠功能障碍可显著改善患者胃肠功能,通过恢复胃肠激素水平以维持胃肠功能,疗效显著。
Objective To study the effect of Wenpi decoction enema on the recovery of gastrointestinal hormone level in severe patients. Methods A total of 120 severe patients were selected from March 2018 to may 2019. They were randomly divided into the study group of 60 cases treated with Wenpi decoction enema and the control group of 60 cases treated with Domperidone. After one course of treatment, the curative effect and the recovery of gastrointestinal hormone level of the two groups were compared. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 91.67% which was higher than that of the control group(71.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of G-17(7.91±0.88 pmol/L), PG-I(136.28±12.39 ng/ml), PG-II(12.53±2.86 ng/ml) in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(5.32±0.82 pmol/l, 109.65±12.41 ng/ml, 15.72±2.91 ng/ml) respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Wenpi decoction enema can significantly improve gastrointestinal function in patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction, and maintain gastrointestinal function by restoring the level of gastrointestinal hormones.
