摘要
目的:分析在类风湿关节炎诊断中检验抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体的价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治类风湿关节炎患者70例,纳入试验组;另选择健康体检者70例,纳入对照组。对两组抗CCP抗体和类风湿因子进行检验和对比。试验组患者以病情活动度为依据实施分组,高度活动命名为试验1组,低中度活动命名为试验2组;对抗CCP抗体和类风湿因子进行对比和分析。结果:试验组类风湿因子和抗CCP抗体水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验1组类风湿因子和抗CCP抗体水平高于试验2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于类风湿因子检验,两种指标联合检验,阳性检出率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:类风湿关节炎检验抗CCP抗体可获得满意的诊断效果,可有效判断病情。
Objective:To analyze the value of anti-CCP antibody(anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody)test in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected to the experimental group.Another 70 healthy cases were selected and included in the control group.Anti-CCP antibody and rheumatoid factor between the two groups were tested and compared.Patients in the experimental group were divided into the two groups according to the activity level of the disease.Patients in the high activity group were named as experimentalgroup 1,and those in the low and moderate activity group were named asexperimental group 2.Anti-CCP antibody and rheumatoid factor were compared and analyzed.Results:The levels of rheumatoid factor and anti-CCP antibody in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of rheumatoid factor and anti-CCP antibody in experimental group 1 were significantly higher than the experimental group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the rheumatoid factor test,the positive detection rate of the two indexes was significantly increased by the combined test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-CCP antibody test in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritiscan obtain satisfactory diagnostic results and it can effectively judge the disease.
