摘要
目的分析血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、铁蛋白(SF)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合检测对早期诊断恶性淋巴瘤的价值。方法选取42例恶性淋巴瘤患者为观察组,同时期抽取42例健康体检者为对照组,对比两组受试者的血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH水平。结果观察组患者的血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH阳性率分别为52.38%、64.29%、85.71%、78.57%,均高于对照组健康体检者的2.38%、2.38%、4.76%、7.14%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH水平分别为(64.43±10.85)U/ml、(225.60±116.26)μg/L、(4.28±0.84)μg/ml、(470.10±120.41)U/L,均高于对照组健康体检者的(20.17±4.20)U/ml、(84.15±6.23)μg/L、(1.75±0.45)μg/ml、(213.02±35.18)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者的血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH水平分别为(77.54±4.25)U/ml、(325.30±115.46)μg/L、(4.95±0.58)μg/ml、(586.41±175.62)U/L,均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者的(56.36±5.84)U/ml、(164.25±105.24)μg/L、(3.86±0.42)μg/ml、(398.52±143.20)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶性淋巴瘤高度恶性患者的血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH水平分别为(94.26±5.84)U/ml、(335.24±143.41)μg/L、(7.38±1.18)μg/ml、(645.26±68.54)U/L,均高于低中度患者的(38.95±5.34)U/ml、(191.34±110.36)μg/L、(3.31±0.41)μg/ml、(415.36±42.21)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125、SF、β2-MG和LDH联合检测恶性淋巴瘤对早期诊断有重要价值,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen125(CA125),serum ferritin(SF),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)for early diagnosis of malignant lymphoma.Methods There were 42 cases of malignant lymphoma patients as observation group,and another 42 healthy examinees as the control group.The serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH level of the two groups was compared.Results The positive rate of serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH of the observation group was 52.38%,64.29%,85.71%and 78.57%,which was higher than that of the control group 2.38%,2.38%,4.76%and 7.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH level of the observation group was(64.43±10.85)U/ml,(225.60±116.26)μg/L,(4.28±0.84)μg/ml and(470.10±120.41)U/L,which was higher than that of the control group(20.17±4.20)U/ml,(84.15±6.23)μg/L,(1.75±0.45)μg/ml,(213.02±35.18)U/L,and the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,the serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH level of patients atⅢ-Ⅳwas(77.54±4.25)U/ml,(325.30±115.46)μg/L,(4.95±0.58)μg/ml and(586.41±175.62)U/L,which was higher than that patients atⅠ-Ⅱstage(56.36±5.84)U/ml,(164.25±105.24)μg/L,(3.86±0.42)μg/ml and(398.52±143.20)U/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH levels of patients with high-grade lymphoma were(94.26±5.84)U/ml,(335.24±143.41)μg/L,(7.38±1.18)μg/ml and(645.26±68.54)U/L,which was higher than that of patients with low-to-moderate grade lymphoma(38.95±5.34)U/ml,(191.34±110.36)μg/L,(3.31±0.41)μg/ml and(415.36±42.21)U/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125,SF,β2-MG and LDH has important value for early diagnosis of malignant lymphoma and is worthy of application.
