摘要
四妙勇安汤为古代用于治疗脱疽的有效方剂,在现代中医临床上被广泛应用于周围血管及心脑血管疾病的治疗,尤其对血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效显著,目前已被收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》之中。近年来对四妙勇安汤的药理作用及作用机制的研究也逐渐深入,研究表明本方具有抗炎、保护血管内皮、调节血管新生、抗凝、抑制血栓形成、改善血液流变学、抗氧化应激、调节血脂等作用,且已明确了其作用的部分药理机制。
Simiao Yong'an Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of gangrene in ancient times.It has been widely used in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases and diseases of heart and cerebral vessels in modern Chinese medicine.It is especially effective for thromboangiitis obliterans,which is included as one of the 100 classic prescriptions in Catalogue of Ancient Classics Prescription(the First Batch).In recent years,the research on the pharmacological effects and mechanism of Simiao Yong’an Decoction has been gradually deepened.Researches show it has functions of anti-inflammation,protecting vascular endothelium,regulating angiogenesis,anticoagulation,inhibiting thrombosis,improving blood rheology,anti-oxidative stress,regulating blood lipids,and some of its pharmacological mechanisms have been clarified,with a view to providing reference for broadening its future clinical application.
