蓄热式燃烧处理含二氯甲烷有机废气工程实例分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用蓄热式燃烧和两级碱洗处理某企业高浓度二氯甲烷和甲醇混合有机废气,论述了该企业的废气收集现状、废气处理系统及其运行参数和处理系统的净化效率。20000 m 3/h的处理系统投资费用约190万元,系统年运行费用约47万元。综合净化效率可以达到98%,经两级碱洗后二次污染物氯化氢和氯气含量极低,排放口二噁英未检出。蓄热式燃烧工艺是处理二氯甲烷的高效处理工艺,但是应重点关注废气成分中是否含有苯环类有机物。 Regenerative combustion and two-stage alkaline washing were used to treat a company s high-concentration methylene chloride and methanol mixed organic waste gas.The current waste gas collection status,waste gas treatment system and its operating parameters and purification efficiency of the treatment system were discussed.The investment cost of the 20000 m 3/h treatment system was about 1.9 million yuan,and the annual operating cost of the system was about 470,000 yuan.The comprehensive purification efficiency can reach 98%.After two-stage alkaline washing,the content of secondary pollutants hydrogen chloride and chlorine gas was extremely low,and dioxin was not detected at the discharge port.The regenerative combustion process is an efficient treatment process for methylene chloride,but it should focus on whether the exhaust gas components contain benzene ring organics.
