摘要
依据国家JJF 1527-2015中推荐使用15点测温布置方式,设计了一种可应用于PCR仪校准装置的温度检测组件,包括测温探头、固定板、电路板和FPC排线,可以优化布线。解决了传统方式中人工布线复杂且难以在相同的状态下将温度传感器探头逐个插入对应的反应孔的困难,有效地提高了测温的准确度和响应速度。
The fifteen points arrangement mode for temperature measurement is recommended in JJF1527-2015.A new temperature detection module is designed for PCR calibration device,including temperature probe,fixation board,circuit board and FPC,which solves the problem that it is hard to wiring and put the sensor into the reaction pores in the same state In traditional way.This module could optimize arrangement,and effectively increase the accuracy and response speed of temperature measurement.
