人工全膝关节置换加速康复中优化止血带的使用策略分析

摘要 目的探析人工全膝关节置换加速康复中采取优化止血带的临床应用价值。方法选择我院实施单侧人工全膝关节置换术的86例患者作为观察对象,按双盲数字分组成观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组在手术过程中全程给予止血带,观察组则在假体安装时给予止血带。对比两组患者总失血量、显性出血量(术中、术后)、隐性失血量、输血量;对比两组患者术后膝关节屈曲角度。结果观察组患者总失血量、显性出血量(术后)、隐性失血量以及输血量显著低于对照组,组间差异显著(P均<0.05);观察组患者显性出血量(术中)显著高于对照组,组间差异显著(P>0.05);观察组患者膝关节屈曲角度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化止血带使用可有效降低人工全膝关节置换患者围术期出血量,促进术后膝关节屈曲角度,改善膝关节功能。
