摘要
目的研究膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗的疗效及对患者膝关节功能的影响.方法选择该院关节科2019年3月—2020年10月收治的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据随机抽取法进行分组,对照组30例患者采用药物保守治疗,研讨组30例患者采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前及治疗后1周的膝关节功能评分.结果治疗后,研讨组患者的治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的疼痛、关节活动度、功能、稳定性、屈曲畸形、关节肌力等评分均明显高于各组治疗前,且研讨组患者的上述各项评分均高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗的效果良好,能够明显提升患者的膝关节功能,值得推广.
Objective To study the curative effect of artificial total knee arthroplasty on patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on knee joint function.Methods 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients who were admitted to the department of arthritis of the hospital from March 2019 to Octobere 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were grouped according to the random selection method,30 patients in the control group were treated conservatively with drugs,and 30 patients in the study group were treated with artificial total knee replacement.The clinical efficacy,knee function scores before treatment and one week after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 63.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain,joint range of motion,function,stability,flexion deformity,and joint muscle strength scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of each group before treatment,and the above-mentioned scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty has a good effect,can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
