污泥基生物炭吸附二级出水中氮、磷效能研究 被引量:11

Study on the Adsorption Performance of Nitrogen and Phosphorus from Secondary Effluent by Sludge Based Biochar

摘要 将污水处理厂剩余污泥制成生物炭用于污水深度处理是解决剩余污泥困局和环境污染问题的双赢举措。试验通过比较2种不同污泥基生物炭(I和II)对二级出水中的氮、磷吸附效果,优选出生物炭I,当投加质量为6 g,吸附时间为36 h时,污水中的总氮、总磷和COD质量浓度分别能降低到5,0.3和20 mg/L以下。采用HCl+FeCl_3方式改性生物炭I取得较好效果,当投加质量为8 g时,对硝酸氮、氨氮及总磷的去除率分别达到了78.3%±1.9%,22.4%±1.3%和57.8%±1.6%,相比于未改性的生物炭I分别提高了3.9%,12%和42.4%。试验研究结果显示污泥基生物炭是一种有效、廉价的吸附材料,可用于二级出水的深度净化。 Using waste activated sludge to manufacture biochar for advanced treatment of wastewater is a win-win solution to address the issues of waste activated sludge and environmental pollution.In this paper,the adsorption performance of nitrogen and phosphorus from secondary effluent of two different sludge based biochar(biochar I and biochar II)was compared.Biochar I presented better adsorption performance of nitrogen and phosphorus,concentrations of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and COD were below to 5,0.3 and 20 mg/L,respectively.HCl+FeCl3 was the preferable modification method to improve adsorption performance of biochar I in removing nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater,nitrate,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus removal efficiencies were 78.3±1.9%,22.4±1.3%and 57.8±1.6%,respectively,which were 3.9%,12%and 42.4%higher than that before modification.This work illuminated that the sludge based biochar was an effective,cost-efficient and easy-to-get adsorption material,which demonstrated potential application for advanced treatment of secondary effluent.
