摘要
目的探讨西格列汀与二甲双胍分别联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素功能及糖脂代谢的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗,观察组采用西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗。比较两组的胰岛素功能指标及糖脂代谢指标。结果治疗后,观察组的FINS、HOMA-IR水平低于对照组,HOMA-β水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗在改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素功能及糖脂代谢方面效果更佳,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of sitagliptin or metformin combined with insulin on insulin function and glucolipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with metformin and insulin,while the observation group was treated with sitagliptin and insulin.The insulin function indicators and glucolipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FINS and HOMA-IR levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HOMA-βlevel was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C and FPG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sitagliptin combined with insulin therapy has better effect in improving the insulin function and glucolipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
