中国大学教师学术职业地位变化特征分析 被引量:9

An Analysis of Characteristics of University Teachers’Changing Academic Professional Status in China

摘要 随着中国高等教育事业的发展,大学教师的学术职业地位发生了较大变化。判断学术职业的地位应从学术资源、工资薪酬、职业声望、职业流动性等多个角度来审视。通过文献研究、数据分析和实践考察发现:在国际学术职业地位普遍下降的背景下,中国学术职业地位呈现多样性变化特征,表现为学术资源总量逐年增加,质量不断提高;学术薪酬水平整体偏低,结构不均衡;学术职业声望较高,但职业吸引力有所下降;学术职业流动频率逐步上升,但单向流动局面尚未打破。这些特征表明,中国学术职业的地位尽管有了一些可喜的变化,但仍需要着力改善学术环境,促进中国职业学术地位在世界一流大学建设中不断得到提升。 With the development of China’s higher education,the Chinese university teachers’academic profession status has been greatly changed.The status of academic profession should be determined and analyzed by the academic resources,salary and remuneration,occupational prestige,professional mobility and many other perspectives.While the status of the international academic profession has generally declined,the Chinese academic profession has also shown a variety of characteristics,which can be found through checking literature research,data analysis and practical investigation.That is,the total amount of academic resources increases year by year,and the quality continues to improve;the level of academic remuneration is generally low and its structure is unbalanced;the academic profession has a high reputation,but the occupational attraction has decreased;the frequency of academic profession flowing has gradually increased,but the one-way flow situation has not yet been broken.These characteristics show that the status of the Chinese academic profession needs to be continuously improved in the construction of world-class universities.
