The Demands on Engine Oils for Hybrid Vehicles

摘要 传统燃油汽车的尾气污染越来越受到人们的重视,促进了传统燃油汽车向混合动力汽车方向发展。混合动力汽车是指使用两种或两种以上的能源作为驱动力的车辆,按发动机类型,驱动联结方式,车载动力电池容量和动力混合度等对混合动力汽车进行了分类。混合动力汽车在保留传统发动机的基础上引入了电动机和电池组,结构更加紧凑,发动机更加小型化,发动机热负荷增加,提高了发动机的工作温度。但不同类型的混合动力汽车对发动机油的要求并不完全相同,没有一个普适性的发动机油适用于所有的混合动力汽车。从黏度及黏度保持性,低温性能和高温性能,抗磨损性能,耐水性,清净分散性和低速早燃(LSPI)等方面对混合动力汽车发动机油的要求进行了综述。就现阶段而言,传统发动机油基本可满足混合动力汽车发动机的润滑需求,但随着混合动力汽车技术的不断发展和市场保有量的不断提高,仍需要研发专用的混合动力汽车发动机油。(图6表0参考文献8) The exhaust pollution of traditional fuel vehicles was paid more and more attention by people,which the development of traditional fuel vehicles to hybrid vehicles was promoted.Hybrid vehicles referred to vehicles that used two or more kinds of energy as driving force.The hybrid vehicles were classified according to the engine type,driving connection mode,vehicle power battery capacity and hybrid degree.On the basis of retaining the traditional engines,the hybrid electric vehicles introduced into the electric motor and battery pack,which made the structure more compact,the engine more miniaturized,the engine heat-load increased,and the engine working temperature elevated.However,different types of hybrid vehicles had different demands on engine oils.No universal engine oil was suitable for all hybrid vehicles.The demands on hybrid electric vehicles engine oils were summarized from viscosity and viscosity retention,high/low temperature performance and anti-wear performance,water resistance,detergency/dispersion ability and low speed pre-ignition(LSPI).At present,the traditional engine oils could basically meet the lubrication demands on the hybrid vehicle engines.However,with the continuous development of hybrid vehicle technology and the continuous improvement of market share,it was still necessary to develop special hybrid vehicle engine oils(.Charts6 Tables0 References8)
