摘要
为了研究低黏度机油对汽油发动机燃油摩擦性能的影响,选用四种低黏度0W-20机油和参比油5W-30,分别进行了摩擦磨损试验和发动机倒拖台架对比试验。试验结果表明,与参比油相比,使用低黏度机油时发动机的摩擦损失降低5%~7%,而在四种低黏度机油中,减摩效果最好的机油,在整车油耗测试中,节油率约为1.5%。
In order to study the effects of low viscosity oil on the friction performance of gasoline engine,four low viscosity oils 0 W-20 and reference oil 5 W-30 were selected to carry out friction and wear tests,and engine motoring comparative tests.The test results show that the friction loss of engine with low viscosity oil is reduced by 5%~7%compared with that of reference oil,and among the four kinds of low viscosity oil,the oil with the best friction reduction,fuel saving rate is about 1.5%when the fuel consumption of vehicle is tested.
